Brand New Development - Boundary Farm, Waltham

Plans for Luxury Farmyard Development Approved

Locally-based award-winning house builder Cyden Homes have received planning consent for 11 high quality homes on between Waltham & Scartho Road at the boundary between Waltham and Scartho villages.

The 3 and 4 bedroom homes have been deliberately designed in the style of a traditional farmhouse with farmyard buildings to the rear to complement the rural nature of its position and the historic use of the land.

Due to be released for sale later this year, the development will be known as "Boundary Farm Court" and prices are likely to range between £150000 and £165000 for the three bedroom homes and £200000 and £290000 for the four bedroom homes.

"These homes will be in a stunning position" said Peter Bond, Sales Director for Cyden Homes "and we’ve already had many enquiries even prior to planning being granted."
Boundary Farm Court will follow on from Cyden Home’s hugely successful developments in Scartho, Scartho Top and Cleethorpes which have already attracted widespread acclaim and awards from the LABC.    "We are delighted to be given this consent" stated Simon Dyson, Managing Director of Cyden Homes "our continued presence in the area will both benefit the local economy through the employment of local sub-contractors and suppliers wherever feasible and the quality of homes will lend itself to this style of design."

Cyden Homes are a successful family-run business based in Laceby whose local developments have already been acclaimed by the LABC within their regional awards. Cyden Homes are currently developing at Pelham Heights at Scartho Top, Springfield Meadows in Scartho, Saxon Fields in Stallingborough, Bakersfield in Wrawby near Brigg and East at Finningley near Doncaster with 2, 3, 4 and 5 bedroom homes from £124995 to £289995. Formerly known as Chartdale Homes, the company has had a long and successful history within the NE Lincs area. Call Diane on 01472 316787 to register your interest.
