After five years of winning awards for the quality of their homes, Laceby-based builder Cyden Homes has once again been recognised by the LABC in their 2013 Warranty Excellence Awards.

Cyden Homes’ flagship development, Springfield Meadows, off Springfield Road in Scartho is managed and supervised by Rick Siddle (43) who lives in Scartho. No stranger to quality awards, Rick achieved one of the highest accolades in the industry when he was selected as one of 11 regional site managers of the year out of 2500 developments nationally in 2013 for his work at Springfield Meadows.

This week, Rick accepted a Highly Commended award in the large development category for Springfield Meadows in the 2013 Warranty Excellence Awards, presented to him by James Churchill, Business Development Manager for the LABC.
